Chels founded CAH Creative Consulting out of the great need for conscious, ethical marketing messaging. As the business evolved, it became clear that as a non-binary, neurodivergent creative, Chels could fill gaps that expanded far beyond strategic marketing.
Chels had a unique upbringing — raised by a USMC Captain turned Civil Rights Litigator and an Oil Painter from San Francisco. This catalyzed Chels toward work rooted firmly in social ethics and creativity.
Before entering the workforce, they pursued a B.A. from The Ohio State University in Comparative Global and Cultural Studies. With their strong ethical compass and a keen eye for socio-political trends, Chels made a splash working as a DEIB consultant for numerous non-profit and for-profit organizations across the country. Recently, they have expanded their business to offer personal consulting + coaching tailored to your unique needs.
